Meet the staff

Hi, I’m Natalie, I am proud to say with the help and support of my fantastic team and the wonderful families I work along side I have achieved Ofsted Outstanding 3 times in a row.

All staff here must be committed to continued professional development within the setting to ensure we are always up to date on current events. 

All of the team are DBS checked and hold a level 3 and above in childcare, education and other child related courses and hold safeguarding level 2 and above and are all paediatric first aid trained.

Although all staff know all of the children inside out we have our key groups so we can focus on your child’s emotional, physical and cognitive well being in partnership with you and any other key people in your child’s life. My key group are the beetles (rising 2 year old) and the a lady birds (2 year olds) 

We use the Early years foundation stage and a childbase approach to support each child along their individual learning journeys. 

Hi, I’m Liv and I have recently completed my apprenticeship level 3 in childcare and education here at Natalie’s.  I am going to continue my role here full time as a qualified early years educator now that I’ve completed my training. 

I hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate and have recently updated my safeguarding training also.

I am the key worker for the caterpillar group (birth to around 18 months old)
