My little boy has attended since being 8 months old and has thrived, developed new skills and made friends through attending Natalie’s we can’t wait for him to begin his pre school education upon turning three. Highly recommend Natalie’s as she and her staff are caring, nurturing, fun and supportive of all of the children, encouraging them to be their own little person and achieve the best they can,, ensuring each child’s holistic needs are met to a very high standard. 😊

The setting is fantastic it makes it even better that it's at Natalie's home because it makes it feel more relaxed for brianna. Since coming to your setting she has come on leaps and bounds the staff are brilliant with brianna and she absolutely loves going every day. There's a fantastic level of communication between the setting and parents and the amount of activities that brianna does is beyond any expectations I had. The staff work hard to ensure that briannas meets all her learning targets and any extra things I have come to the setting about such as briannas eating has been worked on by the staff and hugely improved. Would highly recommend this setting to anybody. Thanks.

There's so many reasons why Natalie's is brilliant, they're passionate, creative, caring, gentle, kind hearted, qualified, skilled and knowledgeable caregivers who collectively provide such a happy healthy environment. For me a huge factor was their Ofsted OUTSTANDING rating, we looked at 6 different settings locally prior to Natalie's none of which came close. My kids love coming and their development has been incredible. The girls are always so friendly and helpful, no question is too silly. They really do go above and beyond for each child to ensure they are given the best start, whatever their needs. There's a reason why there's always a waiting list...

I have known Natalie since the beginning of her career as a Childminder and I am the allocated Link Health Visitor for her setting.

It is a pleasure to work with Natalie and her team and I particularly value the level of communication regarding our families.

By working together we are able to effectively complete integrated reviews for our 2yr old children, focusing on their progress, strengths and needs in order to support their health, well-being, learning and development.

Our student had a challenging home life personal time whilst with you and you nurtured and supported her with this life situation, providing a stable learning environment for her to attend. Our student produced an amazing practical portfolio which she submitted for her level 3 Ncfe Cache Diploma in Childcare and Education. The array of experiences she had included in the portfolio is as a result of the training and development opportunities you provided for her in your provision. Our student could also reflect on her experiences within her written work which allowed her to demonstrate her understanding of the theory and legislations being taught. 
Our student has since gained employment, and this based on the quality and substantial training opportunities you provided for her.
As a training provider Bishop Auckland College seeks quality, reliable vocational placements that will nurture and develop the future early years workforce. You provide such an offer to the young people of the local community. You have been supportive, and an excellent role model of the high expectations required for an early years provider for our student to model her practice upon.

My daughter loved attending Natalie's. She went in without a fight and enjoyed every second. Natalie helped getting funding and supporting my daughters SEN needs. I loved seeing the photos and being kept regularly up to date. All the staff were friendly and easy to talk too. Felt like extended family.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Natalie and her team enough. Since my little girl started, she has absolutely thrived – her confidence has grown so much and she surprises me every day with what she’s learning. At just 17 months she’s already counting to 10, and that’s down to the amazing care, patience and encouragement she receives there. The team are so nurturing and genuinely fantastic at what they do – it’s such a reassuring feeling knowing my little one is in such capable, loving hands. A huge thank you to Natalie and everyone for creating such a positive, fun and supportive environment.

Natalie and the team (Oliva, Emily & Ellie - forgive us if we have miss anyone else out). Firstly, we just want to emphasise that we couldn't be more grateful for you all to welcome Perrie into your warm and heartfelt setting with open and loving arms as if she was your own. As first-time parents, finding a setting that meets your child's individual needs and who you can place your trust upon is a very daunting and anxious time but Natalie you eased all of our worries and made the process so easy for us. 
I will never forget on our very first visit the warm and loving interactions you had with our daughter throughout the whole visit whilst also providing us with information and answering any questions we had was just astounding. From this day on we knew that our daughter was in the right environment surrounded by the most caring and loving staff. 
Perrie has thrived whilst being with yourselves, she has come on leaps and bounds due to the amazing interactions, learning opportunities and fun-filled surroundings. You have exceeded our expectations and more.  
She definitely would not be where she is today if it wasn't for you all, and we cannot wait to watch her grow and flourish as the years go on! Thank you all so so much!
